St. Ambrose University Chorale and Chamber Singers
The University Chorale and Chamber Singers are two of the three regular choral ensembles offered at St. Ambrose, in addition to other student-led vocal and instrumental chamber ensembles. The Chorale performs works from all time periods, with an emphasis on contemporary choral works by American and international composers, as well as choral-orchestral masterworks. The Chamber Singers are an auditioned group specializing in music of the Renaissance and early Baroque, as well as American folk hymn arrangements and spirituals. Both groups are led by Nathan Windt, Professor of Music at St. Ambrose University.
