Vera Stokes, from Iowa State University Extension and Outreach, will present 3 programs in a nutrition and wellness series that provides information and tips to help you remain healthy and independent.

You will learn about the health benefits of eating well and moving more as well as exchange ideas with peers to help you meet your health goals.

Lunch will be provided after each presentation.
